Daniels AI Design Studio (“we”) operates The Mirror System — AI Citability MCP server at mcp.danielsdesignstudio.com.
To run an analysis, the service receives the brand name, industry, and public website URL you (or your AI agent) provide. Running an analysis does not require personal data about you or any third party.
We send these inputs to the Anthropic Claude API (a subprocessor) together with web-search results to analyze publicly available information about the brand and produce a Brand Reflection. We do not use your inputs to train models.
For authenticated use we store a connected-account identifier derived from your sign-in (your email address is hashed, not stored in clear) and a counter of analyses used. We keep usage logs (tool name, timestamp, coarse request metadata) to enforce rate limits and understand usage. Reflection results are cached briefly so they can be retrieved by the requesting client.
We do not sell your data, we do not store your conversations, and we do not share data with third parties except the subprocessors required to operate the service: Anthropic (model inference), Netlify (hosting), and Supabase (account records).
Account records persist while your connection is active. Cached Reflection results are short-lived. You may request deletion of your account record by emailing grover@danielsdesignstudio.com.
